From start to finish he was professional and friendly, striking the perfect balance of being hands-on when required, and giving us space when we needed it. I simply can’t overstate how much calm and reassurance he brought to what was a stressful process for us. In the end, we found our dream home and we have Arnaldo to thank for that. We didn’t know where to begin when we started planning to buy a home, so when friends of ours recommended him, we decided contacting him was probably a good place to start. Right from the beginning we knew working with him was the right choice. Even though, at the time, we were several months from visiting the area to look at properties, he spent time talking to us to discuss our priorities and made sure he kept us aware of properties on the market that might be what we were looking for. He struck the perfect balance of keeping in contact without being pushy. When we visited the area to see properties in-person he was ready to meet with us and had properties lined up for us to see. He suggested a good schedule, knowing that too much at one time can be overwhelming. He took the time to talk to us after each viewing to gauge what we were thinking and adjust his approach moving forward. He offered his opinion when it was warranted and we never felt any kind of pressure throughout the process. As first-time home buyers, after we made an offer on a home and it was accepted, we didn’t quite know what to expect. Thankfully, Arnaldo was there every step of the way. Again, he struck the perfect balance of staying in contact without being pushy. He knew that we had a lot on our minds and that it would be easy for us to lose track of important steps during the closing process. He gave us good reminders along the way and followed up afterwards to ensure everything had been accomplished. Even when we had an unexpected shipping delay on our closing documents that were supposed to be delivered overnight, he got us on the phone right away and reassured us that it was no big deal. It was little things like that throughout this experience that make us think so highly of him. One final item of note that helps illustrate how well Arnaldo takes care of his clients occurred a short while after we closed on our home. We had closed on our home but hadn’t actually moved in yet. Our property sustained a small amount of damage while nobody was living in it. Arnaldo knew we hadn’t moved in yet and had been periodically checking in on the property for us in the interim. He noticed the damage and took it upon himself to make sure everything was fixed by the time we arrived. Overall, we can’t recommend Arnaldo highly enough!
